QualGear was founded in 2013 by a group of engineers and technology enthusiasts with firsthand experience of poorly designed mounts, unreliable cables, and confusing instructions. We began with a belief: customers deserve products that are thoughtfully designed, carefully manufactured, clearly documented, and supported by people who understand them.
Our story
From a few projector mounts to more than 300 products designed. Designed, evaluated, and supported by the same company.
The first QualGear products were designed, assembled, and evaluated in the founders' garages, beginning with projector mounting solutions. Today QualGear has designed and brought to market more than 300 products across residential, commercial, education, government, professional AV, and indoor golf applications, supported by trademarks, multiple utility patents, and design patents. We do not view ourselves simply as a company that places a name on existing products.
The name QualGear represents the standard we set for ourselves: quality equipment supported by thoughtful design and responsible service.

Operations
Shipped from Anna, Texas. A 20,088-square-foot distribution and operations center.
North of Dallas, the Anna facility handles inventory management, quality control, order processing, picking, packing, shipping, returns, replacement parts, and customer assistance. QualGear has fulfilled hundreds of thousands of orders for homeowners through national retailers and commercial organizations — fulfillment quality is an extension of product quality. Products have been offered through Walmart, Home Depot, DigiKey, Amazon, Sharper Image, and The Grommet, reaching the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia, Japan, and other markets.
Select QualGear mounts, standing desks, and related products are UL Listed or have undergone applicable third-party safety testing. Certifications vary by model — confirm on the individual product page.
