Shipping information

How your order ships. Processing, carriers, coverage, and pickup — the facts.

Processing

Same-day processing

Our operations team processes most in-stock orders received by 2:00 pm Central Time on business days (Monday to Friday, except holidays) the same day: we confirm the order, pick the items and pack them. Packages then leave with the parcel or freight carrier at its scheduled pickup, so processing the same day does not always mean the package leaves our warehouse that day. For overnight shipping, we do our best to ship the same day. If your order is urgent, call us at 972-423-5015 before ordering so we can confirm the items are in stock and can ship the same business day.

Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day. Carriers control pickup, routing, transit, and final delivery.

Carriers

Carriers & methods

UPS and FedEx are our primary small-parcel carriers, with USPS for qualifying orders. Large, heavy, palletized, or oversized orders ship by freight/LTL service.

For Canada, checkout shows the services available for your order and address: UPS Standard and UPS Worldwide Expedited, Saver, Express and Express Plus; FedEx Ground and FedEx International Economy, Priority, Priority Express, Connect Plus and First; and DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct and DHL Express Worldwide.

The carrier shown at checkout may change to complete your shipment. To request a specific carrier or service, or to ship on your own carrier account, contact us before ordering.

Coverage

Where we ship

Orders of $50 or more ship at no additional cost to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 and D.C.).

Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories: shipping is calculated at checkout and isn't covered by the $50 offer.

Micronesia, the Marshall Islands and Palau: available for items that ship by USPS; shipping is calculated at checkout.

APO/FPO/DPO: available for items that ship by USPS; shipping is calculated at checkout.

Some items ship only to certain destinations. Checkout shows what's available before you pay.

Canada: shipping, duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout and paid when you order, so there's nothing more to pay at delivery. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars, and the $50 offer doesn't apply. Partner products sold on this store don't ship to Canada.

Other countries may be available by special arrangement; the recipient is responsible for import duties, customs, brokerage, and VAT unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Pickup

Local pickup, by appointment

DFW-area customers may pick up qualifying orders at our Anna, Texas distribution center — by appointment only. Before you travel, we confirm the item is in stock, the order is ready, the facility is open, and a team member is available. Bring identification and your order confirmation.

Indoor golf

Partner-fulfilled golf items

Indoor golf products are fulfilled and shipped by our golf specialist partner, so processing and delivery timelines are set by the partner. Details are in the disclosure on each golf product page.

Freight & LTL deliveries. What to expect when your order ships on a pallet.

When will an order ship by freight or LTL service?
Large, heavy, palletized, or oversized orders ship by freight or LTL service instead of a small-parcel carrier.
How is the freight carrier or service selected?
Based on shipment size and weight, destination type, required delivery time, liftgate or appointment needs, carrier availability, and cost.
What special freight charges may apply?
Residential delivery, limited-access locations, liftgate service, inside delivery, delivery appointments, redelivery, storage, reconsignment, and other special services may carry additional charges.
What is a limited-access location?
A destination the carrier classifies as harder to serve — for example schools, construction sites, government facilities, storage facilities, houses of worship, and locations without a loading dock. The carrier's classification and fees control.
Do I need a liftgate?
If your delivery location has no loading dock or forklift, request liftgate service. Confirm your unloading equipment before the shipment is booked.
Can I request a delivery appointment or inside delivery?
Yes — at additional cost, requested before shipment. Inside delivery is carrier-defined and generally excludes unpacking, installation, room-of-choice placement, and debris removal.
What should I do when a freight shipment arrives?
Inspect the pallet, cartons, wrap, straps, and product condition before signing. Note any visible loss or damage on the delivery receipt, keep all packaging, photograph everything, and contact QualGear promptly.
What if my location is closed when the carrier attempts delivery?
Redelivery, storage, or detention fees may apply. Provide accurate receiving hours, contact information, access instructions, and any appointment requirements before your order ships.

Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, international & pickup. Special arrangements start with a conversation — contact us before ordering.

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
Yes. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is calculated at checkout from live carrier rates. The $50 no-additional-cost offer covers the contiguous U.S. only.
Can QualGear ship to U.S. territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses?
Yes. Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands get shipping calculated at checkout. Military addresses, Micronesia, the Marshall Islands and Palau can order items that ship by USPS. Checkout shows which items are available before you pay.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. Shipping, duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout and included in what you pay, so there's nothing more to pay at delivery. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and the $50 offer doesn't apply. Depending on your order and address, checkout offers UPS, FedEx and DHL services. Partner products sold on this store don't ship to Canada.
Does QualGear ship internationally?
We ship to the United States and Canada through checkout. Other countries may be available by special arrangement. Contact us before ordering to review carriers, cost, restrictions, and documentation.
Who is responsible for international duties and taxes?
For Canada, duties and import taxes are collected at checkout and nothing more is due at delivery. For other countries, the recipient is responsible for import duties, customs charges, brokerage, VAT, tariffs, local handling, and other government assessments unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Can international shipping costs or customs charges change?
For Canada, what you pay at checkout covers shipping, duties and import taxes. For other countries, yes: they are determined by carriers, customs authorities, brokers, destination-country rules, classification, and other third parties.
Is local pickup available?
Local pickup may be available from our Anna, Texas distribution center for DFW-area customers — by appointment only, confirmed in advance.
What must be confirmed before I travel for local pickup?
That the item is in stock, the order is ready, the facility is open, and an authorized team member is available to release the order.
What may be required at pickup?
Identification, your order confirmation, and purchaser authorization may be required.
Can I use my own UPS, FedEx, or freight carrier account?
Yes, by prior arrangement. We may ask for the carrier name, account number, service level, billing postal code, contact information, pickup instructions, and shipping documents.
How is my carrier account information used?
Only to process the requested shipment. It is not shared without authorization except to complete the shipment or comply with law.

Delivery, damage & discrepancies. What to check at the door, and what to do if something is wrong.

What should I do if my tracking has not updated?
Allow time for the first carrier scan. If tracking stays inactive or looks unusual, contact QualGear with your order number and tracking information.
The carrier shows the package as delivered, but I cannot find it.
Check the delivery location, doors and receiving areas, household members, neighbors, the mailroom or property management, and the carrier's delivery photo. Then contact the carrier and QualGear promptly.
What should I do if a package arrives visibly damaged?
Photograph the carton, label, protective materials, and the damaged product before discarding any packaging. Keep all contents and contact QualGear promptly with your order number, model, a description of the damage, and photos.
Should I refuse a damaged shipment?
For severe visible damage, refusal may be appropriate — especially for freight. Document the condition and contact QualGear as soon as possible for instructions.
What should I do if my order is missing an item or contains the wrong item?
Contact QualGear promptly with your order number, packing information, the model or SKU, the quantity received, photos of the carton and contents, and a description of the discrepancy.
Why might QualGear request photographs or shipment documentation?
Photos verify product identity, packaging condition, damage, missing contents, and carrier-claim requirements. Shipment photos may be retained as part of our quality-control and fulfillment procedures.
Can I discard the packaging before a shipping issue is resolved?
No. Keep the carton, pallet, labels, hardware, protective materials, and the damaged product until we confirm they are no longer needed — discarding them may affect a carrier claim.
Are shipping issues covered by the product warranty?
Shipping and transportation issues are handled separately from product defects and must be reported within the applicable period. The warranty generally excludes transportation damage that was not reported as required.
