Three-layer spacer-mesh fabric you mount to a DIY frame with tarp clips.
Raw impact-screen material from our golf specialist partner's SIGPRO Premium line, cut to size with unfinished edges for DIY golf simulator builds. The fabric is a three-layer spacer mesh — two impact-resistant knit polyester faces over vertical spacer yarns — engineered around image quality, longevity, bounce back, and noise.
Mount the material to your own frame or enclosure with tarp clips, then project onto a smooth surface that shows a clear, crisp image up to 4K with minimal bleed-through and no grain effect or pixelation. The spacer core cushions each strike, damping impact noise and keeping ball bounce back low.
The fabric is exclusive to our partner and, in head-to-head testing by MyGolfSpy, it outperformed what has been the industry's most popular impact screen, with reduced sound and bounce back alongside the durability results. It has also been tested to withstand thousands of shots at ball speeds up to 250 mph. Fulfillment, setup help, warranty, and returns for this item are handled by our golf specialist partner — your order and checkout stay on QualGear.
Three-layer spacer-mesh construction
Two impact-resistant knit polyester faces sandwich vertical spacer yarns, forming a thick, smooth projection surface.
Sharp projection up to 4K
The smooth multilayer surface shows a clear, crisp image with minimal bleed-through and no grain effect or pixelation.
Quieter with each strike
Vertical spacer yarns act as a cushion that dampens the noise of the golf ball hitting the screen.
Low bounce back
The interior spacer layer absorbs much of the impact, resulting in lower ball bounce back.
Cut for DIY mounting
Raw, unfinished edges attach to a frame or enclosure using tarp clips — made for self-built simulator bays.
16 cut sizes, 4 aspect ratios
Cuts run from 90 x 90 in / 229 x 229 cm to 120 x 215 in / 305 x 546 cm across 1:1, 4:3, 16:10, and 16:9.
