QualGear Pro-AV

The system
Flat, suspended-grid, truss, and vaulted-ceiling adapters anchor the drop to structure. Flat adapters mount to a single wood joist, structural wood, or structural concrete and accept all standard 1.5 in NPT threaded pipes. Vaulted-ceiling adapters adjust tilt from 0 to 90 degrees.
Fixed-length 1.5 in NPT threaded columns in six lengths from 1.5 in / 3.8 cm to 36 in / 91.4 cm, rated to a maximum weight capacity of 800 lb / 363 kg. The 24 in / 61 cm and 36 in / 91.4 cm lengths add a cable outlet opening with an included cover plate.
Connectors join two or more pipes when a single fixed length is not enough drop — and fixed lengths keep drop distances repeatable across a multi-room rollout.
QG-PRO-PM-50 series brackets carry projectors up to 70 lb / 31.8 kg, with tilt ±20°, swivel ±8°, and rotation ±180° across 12 adjustment points to square the image after installation.
QG-KIT series kits pack the bracket, a ceiling adapter, and a pipe in one box — flat-ceiling, suspended-grid, truss, and vaulted-ceiling versions, in black or white, with a full color installation manual and presorted hardware.

Compatible components may be combined when specifications, threading, load ratings, and instructions permit. The complete assembly must be evaluated as a system — the lowest applicable load or installation limit controls.

Coverage
QualGear Pro-AV mounting systems and kits carry a 5-year limited manufacturer's warranty, parts only. Pro-AV replacement parts are covered for the remaining period of the original product's warranty, parts only.

QualGear can identify potentially compatible Pro-AV components and provide specifications for a custom drop. Share the equipment make and model, weight, mounting pattern, ceiling type, and desired drop or extension. The installer remains responsible for the complete configuration, structural support, field dimensions, code compliance, and safe installation.
