Build your golf simulator.Start with the room, then pick each part.
Answer one step at a time. You enter your room first, so each part after it is checked where the maker states a size or a requirement. No account is needed, and nothing goes in the cart until you review the whole build.
Tell us how the bay will be used. Every application shows the same parts in the steps that follow. Choosing Custom also shows a link to our custom page, for rooms with sloped ceilings, built-ins or several bays; you can still continue through the builder.
Rooms with sloped ceilings, built-ins or several bays may need more than a standard enclosure. Our custom page explains what to send us; you can still continue through the builder.
Measure three numbers. Ceiling height at the lowest point over the hitting area, under beams, ducts and door tracks. Width wall to wall across the bay. Depth from the screen wall to the back wall. Then say whether right- and left-handed players share the bay, and pick your ceiling type for the projector mount. Later steps check parts against these answers where the maker states a size or a requirement.
The launch monitor measures ball and club data and sets how deep the room needs to be. Every unit in the builder is camera-based; most mount on the ceiling. Where the maker states a ceiling band or a tee-to-screen distance, the builder checks it against your room. If a unit's space needs are not published, it says so and points you to the product page.
The enclosure frames the screen and keeps the ball in the bay. Each size's outside dimensions are checked against your room, along with any minimum room the maker lists. Practice net cages are for hitting into a net; they have no impact screen for a projected image.
Screen sizes are measured edge to edge. Match the size to your enclosure's screen opening and the aspect ratio to your projector. If your enclosure includes a screen, this step is already covered.
Projector
Required
Throw distance is throw ratio multiplied by image width. Once your enclosure or screen has a published width, the builder shows how far from the screen the lens should sit. If the projector's aspect ratio differs from the screen's, it notes that part of the screen goes unused. Short-throw projectors sit closer to the screen and reduce shadows.
QualGear projector mounts are our own products. Pick the kit for your ceiling type (flat, drop, sloped or truss): the builder checks each kit's ceiling type against your room and its weight rating against the projector you chose. Then add an HDMI cable long enough for the run along the ceiling to your PC. A projector in the build needs a mount before you can add it to the cart.
Choose a mat large enough for your stance and the hitting area. With an enclosure selected, the mat is checked against the enclosure floor, long side across the width. If right- and left-handed players share the bay, a two-sided mat avoids moving it.
PC and software
Simulator software runs on a PC or tablet and turns launch-monitor data into the round. We do not sell PCs. Each launch monitor's product page states which software it includes or supports, and the software maker states what the PC needs. This step adds nothing to the cart.
Blackout backing, side netting, padding and turf finish the bay. Items made for one enclosure are only offered when that enclosure is in your build.
Launch monitor protection and extras
Choose any
Covers, cases and docks for launch monitors, plus a ball tray and an AV cart. A cover made for one launch monitor is only offered when that unit is in your build; the cases for other brands are for units you already own.
Recommended upgrades
Upgrades are worked out from your choices and only shown when they fit. They can include the next enclosure size up that still fits your room, with the extra width and price difference; a two-sided mat for shared play; a cover made for your launch monitor; finishing items sized for your enclosure; and an HDMI cable if your build has a projector but no cable.

Questions
About the builderYour own parts, small rooms, and who ships what.
Can I use a projector or launch monitor I already own?
Yes. Choose "I already have one" at that step and the builder moves on without it. It cannot check equipment you own, so compare the launch monitor's space needs with your room on the maker's site, and check the projector's weight against the mount rating listed on the mount's product page.
What if my room is too small?
Parts that do not fit are disabled and the reason names the dimension that is short. Try a smaller enclosure size or a different launch monitor. If nothing fits, contact us with the room height, width, depth and photos and we will route your request.
Can I come back to my build later?
Yes. Your room and choices are saved in the page link as you go. Use Copy build link to keep it or share it, and opening that link brings back the same build and step.
Do I need an account?
No. The builder runs without a sign-in, and checkout follows the store's normal flow.
Why does a part show check instead of fits?
Either you have not entered the measurement it needs, or the maker has not published the figure, so we do not guess. The reason under the part says which. The product page carries what the maker has published, and you can contact us first and we will route your request.
Who ships the parts?
Golf products are sold by QualGear and fulfilled by our partners, who ship them directly and handle product support, warranty and returns. Orders for QualGear items, such as mounts and cables, placed by 2:00 pm CT ship the same business day.
