A package is a set of parts chosen to work together in a stated room. Three packages cover most bays: Essentials and Complete for home, Venue for commercial. Each states its room minimums and prices every part. If none fits, build your own.

Every package includes an enclosure with impact screen, a hitting mat, a launch monitor, the BenQ LK936ST projector, a QualGear projector mount and an HDMI cable. The packages differ in the enclosure, the mat and the launch monitor, and in the room each needs. Package names are our labels; each product keeps its own name on its product page.

Width is the GolfBays Lux enclosure's outside width (12 ft 4 in). Height is the low end of Foresight's ideal 9.5 to 10.5 ft ceiling for the Falcon. Depth is the enclosure maker's room guide: 4.5 m (14 ft 9 in) for camera-based launch monitors.

How package pricing works

Price is the sum of the parts. Every part listed with its own price, updated live.

Package price is the current total of its parts; every part is listed with its own price. There is no separate package price to compare against: what you see is what the same parts cost on their own pages today. If a part's price changes, the package total follows. Golf products in a package are fulfilled by our partners; the QualGear mount and HDMI cable are our own products.

What's included

Simulator software runs on a PC or tablet; we do not sell PCs, so bring your own. Suggested upgrades are listed with their reason and their own prices.

Will it fit?

Every package states its room. Width, ceiling and depth for each package.

Each package states the minimum width, ceiling height and depth it needs. Enter your room above the packages and each one shows whether it fits or which dimension is short. The room guide explains how to measure each number.

Essentials
At least 13 ft wide, a 10 ft ceiling and 15 ft deep.
Complete
At least 13 ft wide, a 9 ft 2 in ceiling and 14 ft 9 in deep.
Venue
At least 12 ft 4 in wide, a 9 ft 6 in ceiling and 14 ft 9 in deep.

Package questions

What's included in a golf simulator package?

Every package includes an enclosure with impact screen, a hitting mat, a launch monitor, the BenQ LK936ST projector, a QualGear projector mount and an HDMI cable. Each part is listed with its own price. The PC that runs the simulator software is yours; we do not sell PCs.

What's the difference between Essentials and Complete?

Both are full home bays with the same projector, mount and cable. Essentials pairs a SimBox 9 ft 10 in wide with a GolfBays Standard mat and the Uneekor EYE XO. Complete uses a wider, taller SimBox, a SIGPRO Super Softy 4 ft × 9 ft mat and the Uneekor EYE XO2.

Do packages include a projector mount?

Yes. Every package includes a QualGear projector mount kit and an HDMI cable. The QualGear projector mount kit in each package is rated to 70 lb. The kit in the packages is for a flat ceiling; the builder offers sloped and truss kits if your ceiling differs.

Who handles warranty and returns?

Can I swap a part in a package?

Use Customize in the builder. It opens the builder with the package's parts already chosen, so you can keep the parts you want and change the rest. Every part shows its own price and the total updates as you go.

How do I know a package fits my room?

Measure ceiling height at the lowest point over the hitting area, width wall to wall, and depth from the screen wall to the back wall. Enter them above the packages and each package shows whether it fits or which dimension is short.
