Indoor golf
Custom golf simulators. For rooms a standard enclosure does not fit.
Some rooms do not match a package: a sloped ceiling, a bay built into cabinetry, three bays sharing one wall, a column in the wrong place. Custom starts with your measurements and photos, and we review the parts with you before you order.
When to go custom
Four signs a package will not fit. Ceiling, built-ins, several bays or equipment you already own.
If no package fits your room as measured, or the room has a feature a standard enclosure cannot work around, talk to us before you order. The same goes for an enclosure built into a wall or ceiling, several bays sharing one layout, or a launch monitor or projector you already own.
Sloped or vaulted ceiling
The enclosure height, the projector mount and the launch monitor position all change with the slope. QualGear sells a sloped-ceiling projector mount kit for this.
Built-in bay
Screen and padding set into cabinetry or a framed recess. The gap behind the screen and access to the projector have to be planned in.
Multi-bay room
A shared projector line and cable runs. Width per bay and the ceiling at its lowest point decide the count.
Your own equipment
A launch monitor or projector you already own sets the space and the throw distance. Send the model with your room details.
How it works
Three steps from measurements to order. You send the room, we review it, you order.
Custom is a conversation, not a different catalog. You send your measurements, photos and the parts you are considering. We review mount ratings, ceiling load capacity, and component compatibility before confirming your order. Nothing goes in the cart until you decide.
1. Send the room
Height at the lowest point, width, depth, photos of each wall and the ceiling, the ceiling type, and any equipment you own.
2. We review
We review mount ratings, ceiling load capacity, and component compatibility against your details and the parts you are considering.
3. Order and set up
Add the parts to the cart; each is listed at its own price. Installation and labor are not included; we recommend professional installation for commercial venues.
What to send us
Six things that help us review it. Measurements, photos, ceiling, equipment, use and handedness.
The more of this you send the first time, the fewer questions we have to ask. Measure in feet and inches or meters, whichever you use, and tell us which. Photos from the back wall towards the screen wall and straight up at the ceiling help most.
Height, width and depth
Height at the lowest point over the hitting area. Width wall to wall. Depth from the screen wall to the back wall.
Photos
Each wall, the ceiling, the floor, and anything that sticks out: ducts, beams, columns, windows, doors, outlets.
Ceiling type
Flat drywall, exposed joists, drop ceiling with tile size, sloped with the pitch, or truss. This decides the QualGear mount kit.
Equipment you own
Launch monitor model, projector model and its weight. Each one fixes a distance or a weight the rest has to work around.
How the room is used
Home, venue or coaching; one bay or several; whether the room has to do anything else when golf is not being played.
Handedness
Right, left or both. Shared play centers the hitting area and widens the bay.
What we do and do not do
We review the parts, then supply them. Golf gear from partners, mounting and AV from QualGear, no installation.
QualGear supplies projector mounts, Pro-AV 1.5-in NPT mounting components, cables and cable management from our own catalog. Golf products are sold by QualGear and fulfilled by our partners, who ship them directly and handle product support, warranty and returns. Contact us first and we will route your request. We do not build cabinetry, cut screens to size or install. Installation and labor are not included; we recommend professional installation for commercial venues.

Plan it, then build it. Measure the room, then choose a package or each part.
Build your simulator
Choose each part; the builder checks it against your room where the maker publishes a size, and adds the whole build to your cart.
