How fit is decided
Your TV's VESA pattern
The VESA pattern is the spacing of the four mounting holes on the back of the TV, written width first in millimeters, such as 400 x 300 mm. Product pages list every pattern a mount supports; yours must be on it.

Weight without the stand
The stand comes off for wall mounting, so the mount carries the panel alone. Use the weight without stand from the TV's manual, plus any soundbar, at or under the rated load. If sources disagree, the higher figure is used.

Say your 65 in TV has a 400 x 300 mm pattern and weighs 53 lb / 24 kg. Six mounts list that pattern and hold that weight; one is listed for 32 to 55 in screens, so size narrows it to five.

From planning to mounted
Plan
Confirm the fit first: pattern on the list, weight under the rated load. Then decide height and viewing angle.
Mark
Hold the marking template level against the wall and mark the holes. Many models include a bubble level.
Install
The manuals cover wood studs, wood beams and solid concrete, and many cover brick, each with its own fastener. Metal-stud hardware is not included; source it separately.
Mount
Fit the TV-side brackets, hang the TV on the wall plate, and follow the manual's locking or safety step.
Help

QualGear provides instructions, not installation. Professional installation is strongly recommended where the structure is uncertain, for concrete, steel or masonry, and for heavy screens. The QG-TM-001 manual rules out 400x400 mm on 23.6 in / 600 mm studs.

How do I know which TV wall mount fits my TV?
Your TV's VESA hole pattern and its weight without the stand. A mount fits when the exact pattern is on its VESA list and the weight is at or under its rated load.
How does the TV wall mount finder work?
Enter your TV model, or its VESA pattern and weight without stand, and confirm the figures. The finder shows only mounts whose VESA list and rated load cover your TV, and why.
Can a mount fit if my TV's VESA pattern is smaller than the mount's largest pattern?
Only if the exact pattern is on the mount's list; some mounts skip patterns. The QG-TM-001 lists 100x100, 200x200, 400x400, 600x600 and 800x800 mm only, so a 400x300 mm TV is not supported on it. QualGear sells no VESA adapters and does not recommend third-party adapters; contact support.
Do QualGear TV mounts work with curved TVs?
Yes, on six models. The QG-TM-030-BLK and QG-TM-090-BLK are confirmed by QualGear, and the manuals for the QG-TM-031-BLK, QG-TM-032-BLK, QG-TM-091-BLK and QG-TM-092-BLK state flat panel and curved TVs, subject to the VESA list and rated load.
Should I use my TV's weight with or without the stand?
Without the stand. It comes off when you wall-mount, so the mount carries only the panel. If two sources give different weights, use the higher figure; the finder does the same.
What is the difference between fixed, tilting and full motion TV mounts?
A fixed mount holds the TV flat and close to the wall. A tilting mount angles the screen down, 10° to 15°, for a placement above eye level. A full motion mount extends, swivels and tilts.
Can I add a soundbar to the TV mount?
Yes. Count its weight: your TV's weight without stand plus the soundbar must be at or under the rated load. The finder has a soundbar weight field and checks the total.
Which QualGear mount holds a 100 in TV?
Three heavy duty mounts list 60 to 100 in screens: the QG-TM-090-BLK fixed and QG-TM-091-BLK tilting, rated to 220 lb / 100 kg, and the QG-TM-092-BLK full motion, rated to 176 lb / 80 kg.
Can I mount a TV on wood studs, concrete or brick?
Every manual covers wood studs, wood beams and solid concrete, and many cover brick, with a fastener for each in the box. Drywall alone and toggle bolts are not covered. Metal-stud hardware is not included; source it separately, or ask a qualified professional.
What hardware comes with a QualGear TV mount?
It varies by model. Every manual lists a wall-side set of lag bolts, anchors and washers and a TV-side set of screws, washers and spacers; most include a marking template.
Which QualGear TV mounts are UL Listed?
Ten models: QG-TM-004-WHT, QG-TM-005-WHT, QG-TM-A-012, QG-TM-F-014, QG-TM-030-BLK, QG-TM-031-BLK, QG-TM-032-BLK, QG-TM-090-BLK, QG-TM-091-BLK and QG-TM-092-BLK. The UL Listed mark applies per model; check the product page for yours.

A 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty, parts only; replacement parts carry the remaining period of the original warranty. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with an RMA. The manuals state residential use.
