Hang a projector from a suspended ceiling without giving up the grid. This drop ceiling adapter mounts above a standard 2 ft x 2 ft / 61 x 61 cm or 2 ft x 4 ft / 61 x 122 cm grid system and accepts any standard 1.5 in NPT threaded pipe, carrying projector drops up to 60 lb / 27.2 kg.
The plate installs above the false ceiling tile and suspends from the structure overhead — suspension wire, four turnbuckles, and anchors for wood or concrete are in the box. Cold rolled steel with a scratch-resistant fused epoxy finish, in white, 24.8 x 10.3 x 2.4 in / 63 x 26.2 x 6.1 cm and 9.75 lb / 4.4 kg.
